KlientPort Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using KlientPort, you accept these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Description of Service. KlientPort is a platform that allows you to create portals to share updates and files with your clients. The service is provided "as is" and is in development phase (MVP).

3. Your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account.

4. User Content. You own everything you upload to KlientPort. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license solely to host it, display it to your clients, and operate the service.

5. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use KlientPort to store or share illegal content, especially child sexual abuse material (CSAM), malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or delete your account and report illegal content to the authorities.

6. Fees. The service is paid according to the selected plan. We may modify prices with prior notice.

7. Termination. You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability. KlientPort shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 6 months.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Baja California, Mexico. For disputes, the provisions of the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause shall apply.
