Data we collect: Name, email address, files and updates you upload to the service. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes:

Primary (necessary): To create your account, provide the service to you, display your information to your clients (if applicable).

Secondary (optional): To send you emails with product updates. You may object to this at any time.

ARCO Rights: You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to the processing of your data by sending an email to privacy@klientport.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

Transfers: Your data is stored on servers of DigitalOcean and Blackblaze located in the United States. Both complies with adequate security standards. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Changes: Any changes to this notice will be notified by email or within the platform.
